A FEW LESSONS TO REMEMBER WHEN WALKING WITH SPIRIT

The spiritual journey is one that lasts lifetimes. There are very few hard and fast rules, but rather a set of guidelines that most facilitators and seekers see general consensus on.

In this video, I share three key principles which can save seekers a lot of time and unnecessary confusion.

(1) Stay grounded. Listen to your body
(2) Know what you’re getting into. Do your ground-work.
(3) Don’t look. Let it come to you.

In an age where an increasing interest in spiritual experience has led to a booming spiritual marketplace – people are exposed to all kinds of modalities and facilitators of all kinds of backgrounds. We’re also seeing powerful waves of cosmic energy that intensify and accelerate experience, in ways we can’t really predict.

So it’s very, very important – now more so than ever – to stick to the basics. And learn them well.

Remember folks – it’s not a race or a competition – or some computer game where you ‘level up’ to meet the final boss and then ascend.

You don´t get extra points for going at it with all-out intensity, or making things harder on yourself than they need to be.

As with everything, it’s a lot more complex – and oddly enough – simple at the same time.

  1. I am so Humbled by your generosity of spirit – that you would share so much vital information so freely . And always with divine timing . Although i am in therapy ( gently , with a an aligned councillor ) I cannot think of anything that has assisted my mental wellbeing and confidence in my journey as your words and guidance have . My family and I joke that we have another message from God when you post here . It is only half in jest , really . You are my spiritual
Mother . When I am grounded enough we will finally get to work together . In spirit . Thank you and many blessings .

  2. Thank you for validating my own beliefs and experiences. It’s frustrating to me when people talk about different levels of spirituality they have attained.
